SUMMARY:
EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Colorado on August 8, 2006. The August 8, 2006 revision updates Regulation Number 11, "Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program,'' by removing the light duty vehicle emission testing limits that went into effect on January 1, 2006 for 1996 and newer model year vehicles.
