ASA Member Testifies at House Committee on Energy and Commerce Hearing
The House Committee on Energy and Commerce held a hearing regarding Right to Repair legislation on Nov. 10, 2005. The subcommittee heard testimony of several witnesses, including Steve Brotherton of Continental Imports in Gainesville, Fla. Allstate v. Abbott Trial – Texas Insurer-Owned Repair Shops
