1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to TakingTheHill.com, an online grassroots program designed specifically for the automotive repair industry. TakingTheHill.com is operated by the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and is provided as a service to ASA members, supporters and industry professionals, subject to the following Terms of Service. The Terms of Service may be updated by ASA from time to time without notice. The most current version of the terms can be viewed at www.asashop.org/terms-and-conditions/.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ASA is providing you with a venue to communicate with your local and federal elected representatives. You understand that ASA assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, faulted delivery or failure to deliver any user communications.
ASA provides a way to communicate via e-mail with elected representatives free of charge. However, if you choose to mail your correspondence to your representative, you are responsible for any associated fees incured.
4. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
You understand that all information and content you transmit via the TakingTheHill Web site is the sole responsibility of the person from whom the information and content originated. This means ASA is not responsible for the content you transmit. ASA does not control the information transmitted and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of such content.
5. GENERAL NOTICE
ASA considers e-mail transmitted via this Web site to be the private correspondence between the sender and the recipient. ASA will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of a participant’s communications, except: a) as required by law; b) to comply with legal process; and c) to identify or resolve technical problems or respond to complaints about the TakingTheHill.com service.
